We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Back Counter Parts Advisor/Store Person to join our dynamic team at our Newton Abbot site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (shift pattern – TBA), Saturday mornings required on a rota basis, paid at time & a half, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
Salary: £14.61 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
To provide excellent service to our technicians in our internal Workshop to support with their KPI’s.
Identify parts on computer based systems.
Purchase parts at best price.
Dealing with all returned parts, including Warranty.
Receipting parts.
Parts Cross referencing.
Back Order reporting to the Workshop.
Back order chasing with Suppliers.
Processing credits.
Checking off stock and accurately put away in correct bin locations.
Pick Orders.
Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone, walk-ins etc.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
Must have strong communication skills
A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
Experience working to performance targets.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
