Adams Morey Roche is looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Service Administrator to join our busy service department.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Service Team, helping to ensure the department operates efficiently and customers receive a professional and seamless experience. You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and other members of the team, keeping paperwork and systems up to date and ensuring information is recorded accurately.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).

Salary: £27,040 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the Service Department.

• Process service and repair documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on internal systems.

• Assist with raising and processing job cards, invoices and other service documentation.

• Support the Service Advisors with day-to-day administration.

• Liaise with Technicians and other departments to ensure information is communicated effectively.

• Assist with vehicle bookings, collections and handovers where required.

• Process warranty and service-related paperwork accurately.

• Monitor outstanding administration and ensure tasks are completed within required timescales.

• Deal with customer enquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate member of the team.

• Ensure all records and documentation are maintained to a high standard.

• Support the wider team with any other administrative duties as required.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• A professional and customer-focused approach.

• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
